Birgit Haskell

Birgit sets up companies, reads leases and writes the contracts and partner agreements small owners run on.

Birgit started out at a big Boston firm, writing contracts for companies with their own legal departments. She moved back to Vermont to write them for the people who don’t have one.

Her clients run bakeries, design studios, landscaping crews and breweries. She likes the work that happens before anything goes wrong, and she’ll tell you when a problem is cheaper to solve with a phone call than a letter.
