Lucienne Bouchard

Lucienne handles closings, deeds and boundary questions, and helps farm families pass on or sell their land.

Lucienne grew up on a dairy farm an hour north of Burlington, where the kitchen table was also the office. She still does her best work there, with the family gathered and the deeds spread out.

Most of her week is closings and deeds for houses in and around the city. The rest is farm families deciding what happens to the land next, which can take a few meetings and a lot of coffee.
